Michael Jackson’s public memorial service will be held on Tuesday, July 7 beginning at 10am PDT at the Staples Center Los Angeles. Michael Jackson Memorial Service will have live streaming coverage inside to Nokia Theatre L.A. LIVE across the street.

Also, Michael Jackson memorial service live coverage starts on AOL Radio Tuesday, July 7 at 9:30 am pacific time. The memorial service will then begin 10 am at the Staples Center in downtown Los Angeles.

The coverage will be provided by CBS affiliate KFWB News 980, and the memorial service will be streamed live.

There will be 11,000 free tickets given for fans to attend the service. Staples Center in downtown Los Angeles will be open to 17,500 attendees chosen through a free, online lottery system at StaplesCenter.com. 11,000 of those tickets will be for the actual memorial in Staples Center, and 6,500 will be seats at the Nokia Theater across the street where fans can watch a live feed, which will also be open to all broadcast and cable networks.

Registration for the free seats will end on Saturday at 6pm PDT, at which time 8,750 names will be randomly chosen to obtain two tickets to either the Staples Center or the Nokia Theater.
