President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo SONA live stream. The Office of the Press Secretary (OPS) said that Filipinos anywhere in the globe can monitor Mrs. Arroyo deliver her SONA on July 27, 2009. OPS will have a live video streaming of President Arroyo’s Sona. President Arroyo is expected to deliver her SONA at 4 p.m.

Other that OPS, other sites offer Arroyo’s last SONA live stream, twitter updates, online chats, live blogging and others. So, Filipinos at home and abroad who have an Internet connection can watch and be updated in President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo’s last State of the Nation Address (SONA).
